Announcing the winner of the Storm writing competition
The winner of the Minds Shine Bright Storm Writing Competition was Chelinay Gates from Western Australia for her flash fiction entry ‘Storm Clouds Approaching. Twenty eighth writers were selected for publication in Storm Minds Shine Bright (Seasons Series 1) anthology. Second prize, third and fourth prizes were awarded to Cassie Boulis, Troy Walsh and Sarah Rasmussen.A tope ten show case included poets Steve Evans and Jennifer Harrison, and writers Gayle Beveridge, Patricia Fitzgerald, Jacqueline Winn and Riya Patel. All entries were blind judged by Amanda Scotney, Founder of Minds Shine Bright. The cover features art work by South Australian artist Mike Barr.
